The offered apartments, located within the villa, include separate large balconies all with panoramic sea views, air-conditioned living rooms, double sofa beds and/or single beds, TV sets, bathrooms with showers and equipped kitchen/ kitchenette corners. Villa offers also the use a self-service guest laundry at a reasonable fee.

Summer season tourist can chose between three beaches located within the distance of 100m to 250m along the shoreline, as well as numerous near-by beach locations outside the city accessible daily by tourist boats departing from the local beaches. Winter vacationers can enjoy mild weather for the season and scenic walks along the 5km long shoreline or visits to the old town at a 15 minutes walking distance.
